Eligibility Criteria

  • The worker/pensioner must be a resident of West Bengal.
  • The worker/pensioner must be a regular employee of the state government, the institutions supported by the state government, and the local authorities.
  • The pensioner must have retired from the state government, state government-sponsored institutions, and local organizations.
  • The employee/pensioner must have completed at least one year of service.
